We walk with you on your journey by providing one-on-one consultations and advocacy support services. From doctors’ appointments to school ARD meetings and wraparound services, we are here to ensure you never feel alone.

Virtual and in-person support groups, transition services for young adults, organized group events, and equipment loaner closets are some of the ways we help families find connection and build community.
