Connecting Families with Resources they need

We are committed to supporting individuals and families impacted by any neuromuscular diagnosis by helping them understand their new diagnosis and assisting with navigating medical and educational environments.

With Bridging Resources you are never alone.

We walk with you on your journey by providing one-on-one consultations and advocacy support services. From doctors’ appointments to school ARD meetings and wraparound services, we are here to ensure you never feel alone.

Virtual and in-person support groups, transition services for young adults, organized group events, and equipment loaner closets are some of the ways we help families find connection and build community.

We equip you with educational resources and empower you to feel more confident in navigating your neuromuscular journey.
